LynxScore is an automated web analysis tool powered by artificial intelligence. Reports and scores generated are for guidance only and do not constitute a professional audit, technical certification, or legal opinion on any website.
2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
LynxScore is not responsible for:
- Business decisions made based on platform results
- Economic losses arising from use of the reports
- Inaccuracies due to limitations of AI
- Commercial relationships affected by LynxScore results
3. ACCEPTABLE USE
The user agrees that:
- Reports are orientation tools, not final verdicts
- LynxScore does not replace the opinion of a certified professional in web design, SEO, or security
- Use of the reports is solely the user's responsibility
4. CREDITS AND PAYMENTS
- Purchased credits are non-refundable
- Starter plan credits do not expire
- Agency plan credits renew monthly
- LynxScore reserves the right to change prices with 30 days' prior notice
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Reports are for the exclusive use of the user who purchased them. Commercial redistribution without authorization is prohibited.
6. CHANGES
LynxScore may update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the current terms.
7. JURISDICTION
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Santiago, Chile.
